The intracerebral signal acquisition device comprises a biological silk protein substrate, a brain electrode, a first biological silk protein insulating layer, an intracranial information acquisition layer and a biological silk protein packaging layer, wherein the brainelectrode is positioned on the biological silk protein substrate and used for acquiring an electroencephalogram signal; the first biological silk protein insulating layer is positioned on the brain electrode; the intracranial information acquisition layer is positioned on the first biological silk protein insulating layer and used for acquiring intracranial temperature and intracranial pressure;and the biological silk protein packaging layer is positioned on the intracranial information acquisition layer.
