The compound is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 7 to 12 parts of rhizoma coptidis,4 to 8 parts of radix scutellariae, 8 to 15 parts of radix astragali seu hedysari, 4 to 8 parts of cortex phellodendri, 7 to 12 parts of fructus gardeniae and 4 to 8 parts of caulis spatholobi. Experimental results prove that the compound can effectively improve clinical signs and symptoms, pathological changes and secretion of cytokines of a test pig, and lays a foundation for traditional Chinesemedicine prevention and treatment of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.
