The method comprisesthe following steps of making of the surface layer, making of the adhesive layer, adhering of the adhesive layer and the base cloth together and curing and peeling. By improvement of components of each layer, strength of wear resistance, breaking property, tension and crack is improved. In addition, the composite leather also has excellent light aging resistance, and peeling, cracking and the likeof products after long-term sun exposure are prevented.
