Embodiment

[0030] An embodiment of the present invention provides a process for extracting animal embryos or placenta, comprising the following steps:

[0031] S1 placenta separated from embryo

[0032] Separate the animal placenta from the embryo, wash it with deionized water at 10-15°C, and wash it repeatedly three times, so as to remove the blood in the animal placenta and embryo, as well as the sundries carried by the contact with the outside world during the production process, and remove the placenta. The bone structure is convenient to make the later separation and extraction more thorough;

[0033] S2 broken cell structure

[0034] Preliminarily mince the animal placenta or embryos treated in S1, inoculate them with catalase and lipase, maintain suitable enzymatic hydrolysis conditions, and enzymatically hydrolyze for 20-24 hours, so as to decompose the peroxidation in the animal placenta or embryos. Hydrogen can prevent hydrogen peroxide from denaturing the protein separated i...

Abstract

The invention provides an extraction process of animal embryos or placentas, and relates to the field of bioengineering. The extraction process of the animal embryos or placentas comprises the following steps: S1, separating a placenta from an embryo; S2, breaking a cell structure; S3, performing coarse filtration work; S4, performing centrifugal separation; and S5, performing component extraction(S5.2 embryo component separation and S5.1 placenta component separation). Through the extraction process, laminin, fibronectin and small molecule peptide in animal placenta and embryo separation canbe extracted in a high-purity state, resource waste is reduced, the laminin, the fibronectin and the small molecule peptide can be directly used for research and product preparation due to high purity; and after catalase is used for decomposing hydrogen peroxide, the method can effectively prevent irreversible denaturation of proteins in animal embryos and placental cells due to the action of hydrogen peroxide in the animal embryos and placental cells, and can facilitate protein separation after lipase decomposes fat.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of bioengineering, in particular to a process for extracting animal embryos or placenta. Background technique [0002] The placenta is a transitional organ for the exchange of substances between mother and child formed by the joint growth of embryonic membrane and maternal endometrium during pregnancy in mammals. Both placenta and dead embryos are rich in active peptides and proteins. Among the proteins, laminin and fibronectin are of great benefit to the human body, and they are also frontier proteins for scientific research, with high value. However, in livestock farms, the placenta and dead embryos of animals are discarded directly , resulting in a great waste.
