Abstract

According to the biological characteristics of the tremella aurantialba, the whole culture process of the tremella aurantialba is accurately divided into three stages, namely the stereum hirsutum growth and tremella aurantialba field planting stage which is 180 hours after inoculation, the fruiting body rapid growth stage which 180 hours to 780 hours after inoculation; and the fruiting body coloring stage which is 780 hours to 1152 hours after inoculation. Through continuous 20 times of verification tests, results show that the cultivation method greatly improves the survival rate and yield of fruiting bodies of thetremella aurantialba, and the average biological efficiency reaches 70% or above.
