Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of lithium batteries, and particularly discloses a lithium dendritic crystal in-situ detection method based on an optical fiber sensor, which comprises thefollowing steps: evaporating a metal material which is the same as a pole piece to be detected on the surface of a first optical fiber sensor, and sleeving the surface of a second optical fiber sensor with a protective sleeve; enabling the other end of the first optical fiber sensor and the other end of the second optical fiber sensor to penetrate through an aluminum-plastic film on the lithium battery and extend out of the aluminum-plastic film to be connected with a demodulation system; injecting electrolyte into the aluminum plastic film; obtaining detection signals of the first optical fiber sensor and the second optical fiber sensor through a demodulation system, and obtaining lithium metal stress action signals; and analyzing the lithium metal growth state in the lithium battery according to the measured electrochemical test signal of the lithium battery and the lithium metal stress action signal. The invention further discloses a lithium dendritic crystal in-situ detection system based on the optical fiber sensor. The lithium dendrites in-situ detection method based on the optical fiber sensor provided by the invention can achieve in-situ detection of the lithium dendrites.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of lithium batteries, in particular to an in-situ detection method for lithium dendrites based on an optical fiber sensor and an in-situ detection system for lithium dendrites based on an optical fiber sensor. Background technique [0002] Under the existing energy framework, the foreseeable depletion of fossil energy and the theme of environmental protection in modern society are increasingly in conflict. In various scenarios, the demand for pure electric drive instead of petrochemical energy drive is becoming more and more obvious. The discovery of lithium iron phosphate and ternary materials has made lithium-ion batteries the most widely used energy storage devices in this century. However, after decades of development, the rate of increase in the energy density of lithium-ion batteries has slowed down significantly, and is gradually approaching the theoretical limit. Lithium metal batteries, such as li...
