The method of the invention realizes the production of low-sulfur alloy steel without LF furnace process, the end point temperature of the converter is low, the lining erosion of the converter is small, and the weight percentage of sulfur and phosphorus in the finished product can be stably controlled below 0.004% and 0.004%, respectively.
