Abstract

The feedback network circuit comprises an error amplifier, a buffer circuit, a multi-output resistance feedback network and a control circuit; the error amplifier and the buffer circuit are used for generating a feedback control signal and driving a power tube; the multi-output resistance feedback network is used for outputting a plurality of paths of voltage under extremely low voltage; and the control circuit isused for generating a control signal of a MOS tube to control the LDO output. The feedback network circuit has the technical advantages that firstly, under the requirements of extremely low voltage and multi-voltage output, the PSRR (power supply rejection ratio) index of the LDO voltage output is still controllable, and the noisy power supply voltage does not directly influence the output voltage but is controlled by loop bandwidth; and secondly, under the conditions of extremely low voltage and low cost, the structure can enable the a MOS tube switch to obtain enough voltage margin, so thatthe condition that the MOS cannot be completely conducted is prevented.
