Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field related to manufacturing and processing, and discloses a selective adhesion transfer printing method based on laser surface treatment. The method comprisesthe following steps of (1) performing patterned laser cutting on a transferred film on a donor substrate to physically separate the transferred film into a patterned transferred unit and a residual part, meanwhile, carrying out surface ablation on the residual part by adopting laser so as to form the viscosity difference of the surfaces of the transferred unit and the residual part; (2) carryingout transfer printing on the transferred film by adopting a stamp subjected to viscosity adjustment, so that the transferred unit is selectively adhered to the surface of the stamp and the residual part is left on the donor substrate; and (3) printing the transferred unit on a soluble viscous substrate by adopting the stamp, so that the transferred unit is transferred to the soluble viscous substrate from the stamp. The selective adhesion transfer printing method is efficient, simple and convenient and can realize large-scale automatic operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field related to manufacturing and processing, and more specifically relates to a selective adhesion transfer printing method based on laser surface treatment. Background technique [0002] Transfer printing is a set of techniques for the definitive assembly of micro- and nanomaterials into spatially organized functional arrangements, with two- and three-dimensional layouts. These processes not only provide versatile avenues for test structures for scientific research, but also provide important avenues for high-performance, heterogeneously integrated functional systems, including flexible electronics, three-dimensional and / or curvilinear optoelectronics, and biointegrated sensing and therapeutic devices. [0003] However, the existing methods for forming a specific microstructure pattern on the donor substrate are complex and lack a controllable selective transfer mechanism during the transfer process. For this ...
