The emergency unlocking mechanism comprises a piston cylinder, a connecting rod, a piston anda pressing sleeve, the piston cylinder comprises an inner core pipe and an outer sleeve which are coaxially arranged and integrally formed, a cavity is reserved between the inner core pipe and the outer sleeve, a closed end is arranged between the lower end of the pipe wall of the outer sleeve and the lower end of the pipe wall of the inner core pipe, a hydraulic connector penetrating through thepipe wall of the outer sleeve is formed in the position, close to the lower end, of the outer sleeve, and the hydraulic connector is used for being connected with a hydraulic source. The connecting rod is arranged in a cavity of the inner core pipe and can perform reciprocating motion along the cavity of the inner core pipe, a pressing cover sleeves the position, close to the upper end, of the connecting rod, the upper end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a ROV control handle, and the lower end of the connecting rod is a free end. The piston sleeves the outer wall of the inner core pipe, the upper end of the piston is fixed to the pressing cover, and the piston can be driven by the connecting rod to perform reciprocating motion; and the pressing sleeve is arranged in a gap between the upper end of the outer sleeve and the upper end of the piston.
