Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter for measuring slurry. The flowmeter comprises a controller and a measuring pipeline, wherein connecting flanges are arranged on the twosides of the measuring pipeline, the measuring pipeline is further provided with a pair of electrodes and an electromagnetic coil arranged on the outer surface of the measuring pipeline, a lining isarranged on the inner wall of the measuring pipeline, fixing parts integrally formed with the lining are arranged on the two sides of the lining, and the fixing parts are fixed to the connecting flanges. The measuring method comprises the steps that a microprocessor sends a signal to an excitation output module to generate an excitation signal, and the excitation signal is loaded on the electromagnetic coil; the excitation signal loaded on the electromagnetic coil is used for measuring the flow to obtain a corresponding current signal; and after being amplified, filtered and subjected to AD conversion, the current signal is sent to the microprocessor to be processed and calculated to obtain corresponding data, and the data is sent to a display module to be displayed.
