Abstract

The invention discloses a two-dimensional DOA estimation and mutual coupling correction method based on rank loss estimation, and belongs to the technical field of array signal processing. The methodcomprises the following steps: constructing a signal receiving model of a uniform planar antenna array under a mutual coupling error by constructing a mutual coupling error matrix; separating information source data from a cross-coupling error vector by utilizing a transformation domain relationship of parameter mapping, and constructing a corresponding spectral peak search function by utilizing arank loss estimation criterion to realize estimation of two-dimensional azimuth parameters; and finally constructing a decoupling matrix by utilizing the obtained estimated azimuth parameters to realize estimation of a cross-coupling matrix, and further performing cross-coupling correction according to the estimation result. On the basis, proper simulation is used for verifying the estimation result of the proposed method, and compared with an existing estimation algorithm, the proposed method has the advantages that the root-mean-square error of the DOA estimation result is smaller, the estimation success rate is higher, and it shows that the performance of the proposed method is better.
