Abstract

The invention provides a fancy yarn which comprises a bunchy yarn and wool yarn. The fancy yarn is prepared by doubling and double twisting. The bunchy yarn comprises 20-28% of cotton fibers, 10-15% of pineapple fibers, 8-15% of metal fibers and 10-15% of polyurethane fibers. The wool yarn comprises 25-35% of viscose fibers, 20-35% of bamboo fibers and 20-30% of azelon. According to the fancy yarnand the preparation method provided by the invention, by arranging the pineapple fibers, the fancy yarn is easily printed and dyed, absorbs sweat and ventilates and is unlikely to wrinkle. The metalfibers improve the toughness and corrosion resistance of the yarn. The bamboo fibers make the yarn have the functions of being bacteriostatic, deodorant and ultraviolet-resistant and the like. The polyurethane fibers improve the elasticity of the yarn. Impurities and raw materials are separated by means of a filter plate, so that the raw materials can fall into a collecting bag and are extracted by a fan. An air flow generated by the fan drives a swing device to operate so as to drive the filter plate to vibrate in a reciprocating manner left and right, so that the impurities better fall intothe collecting bag. As the air flow is taken as power, it is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
