The heating device comprises a mounting tunnel, a heating pipe, an extraction pipe, a steam boiler, an extraction pump, a power supply station, an air compressor and a controller, the mounting tunnel is arranged at one end of contaminated soil body, the bottom of the mounting tunnel is lower than the bottom of a pollutant in the contaminated soil body, and a plurality of groups of heating pipes and extraction pipes are arranged and are alternately arranged in the contaminated soil body in a layered manner in the horizontal direction.
