Abstract

The range extender comprises a gas pipeline, a fuel pipeline, an engine, a fuel cell stack and a generator, wherein the gas pipeline comprises a gas inlet turbine, a gas inlet distribution valve, a tail gas diverter valve, a gas exhaust pipeline and a heat exchanger; the air inlet turbine is communicated with an air inlet distribution valve, one outlet of the air inlet distribution valve is communicated with a fuel cell stack, the fuel cell stack is communicated with an exhaust pipeline, the other outlet of the air inlet distribution valve is communicated with an engine, the engine is communicated with a tail gas diverter valve, and one outlet of the tail gas diverter valve is communicated with the exhaust pipeline. The other outlet of the tail gas diverter valve is communicated with an exhaust pipeline through a heat exchanger; the heat exchanger is arranged at the fuel cell stack and used for heating the fuel cell stack.
