Benefits of technology

This patented technology describes how well known polyanionic glycosaminogens have strong antibiotic properties against harmful microorganisms like gram negative rods or pseudomonads. These materials help prevent diseases caused by these organism from spreading through bloodstream fluids during medical procedures. They also make them easier to detect with certain types of assay techniques called immunoassays because they work better than current methods based on enzyme activity alone. Overall, this technology allows researchers to measure important biomarkers accurately while reducing their risk of being exposed to potentially dangerous substances.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents are how to improve the quality control and prevention capabilities for biomedical devices used during surgery or other procedures that may cause contamination from blood, body fluids, saliva, bodily fluid, exudates, feces, spills, germs, particulate matter, microorganisms, viruses, fungi, yeast cells, molds, protozoa, prions, amoebae, rickettsias, arthropods, insect bitings, seafoils, fish eggs, shellfish, worms, nematodes, pests, mitochondria, chloroplasts, algal blooms, lenses, stains like those commonly found around teeth when they were treated with certain chemical agents.

Embodiment 1

[0031] 1) Electrode pretreatment: Glassy carbon electrode GCE was polished in 1.0, 0.3, 0.05 µm alumina suspension, ultrasonicated, and washed with ethanol and water for 3 minutes.

[0032] 2) Preparation of polymerization solution: weigh 5.0 mg acrylamide, 5.0 mg N,N - Methylenebisacrylamide, 5.0 mg ammonium persulfate, 300.0 mg isopropylacrylamide, 5.0 mg transferrin, and 5.0 µL tetramethylethylenediamine were uniformly dispersed in 1.0 mL phosphate buffer solution.

[0033] 3) Construction of the sensor: Take 7-10 µL of the prepared mixed solution and drop it on the surface of the pretreated GCE, and perform free radical polymerization reaction for 30 min under nitrogen atmosphere. Water rinses the electrode surface to remove unreacted liquid.

[0034] 4) Dissociation and recombination of template molecules: Due to the existence of thermosensitive polymers, template protein molecules can be completely dissociated by electrochemical methods at 37°C. At 20°C, the template ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of electrochemical biosensors, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an anti-pollution electrochemical biosensor based on temperature-sensitive westernblot gel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: polishing a glassy carbon electrode in an alumina suspension, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and washing with ethanol and water insequence; respectively weighing acrylamide, N, N-methylene diacrylamide, ammonium persulfate, isopropyl acrylamide, transferrin or human immunoglobulin G and tetramethylethylenediamine, and uniformlydispersing in a phosphoric acid buffer solution to obtain a mixed solution; dropwise adding the prepared mixed solution to the surface of the pretreated GCE, carrying out free radical polymerization reaction in a nitrogen environment, and washing the surface of the electrode with water. The prepared biosensor is excellent in anti-pollution performance, and the anti-pollution performance is improved by 1-3 times; the detection sensitivity is high; the preparation method is simple and easy to operate.
