Abstract

The invention discloses an online back-flushing ash cleaning mechanism. The mechanism comprises a main board, a plurality of air cooling components arranged on the main board, a BMC arranged on the main board, in signal connection with the air cooling components and used for controlling the working state of the air cooling components, and a back-flushing ash cleaning switch in signal connection with the BMC and used for triggering the BMC to send a reverse control signal to each air cooling component. Thus, after the BMC sends the reverse control signal to each air cooling component, each air cooling component starts to rotate reversely, so that accumulated ash adsorbed on an electronic component along the wind direction is impacted in the flowing process, the ash is easily blown off and brought out to the outside along the airflow, and the back-flushing dust cleaning operation is completed. Therefore, on the premise that the server is not shut down, on-line back-flushing ash cleaning operation can be conducted on the electronic component, accidental losses caused by shutdown of the server can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile the manual labor load is reduced.
