The oxygen-enriched shampoo comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight of 0.1-10% of a nasturtium extract, 0.1-10% of hydrolyzed lupin protein, 0.1-10% of a yeast extract, 0.1-10% of a cacumen biotae extract, 20.0-50.0% of a surfactant, 0.1-2.0% of a thickener, 2.0-10.0% of a humectant, 0.1-0.6% of a preservative, 0.2-0.5% of a hair conditioner, 0.1-0.6% of essence and the balance of water with the oxygen concentration of 20-1000 ppm. According to the invention, the nasturtium extract, the hydrolyzed lupin protein, the yeast extract and the cacumen biotae extract are added into a product in an optimized proportion, and the oxygen-enriched shampoo has the effects of being mild in cleaning, rich in foam, easy in cleaning and capable of repairing hair, strengthening hair roots, reducing broken hair and enhancing scalp respiration.
