The invention relates to an assembly transmission assembly of phase shifters and a base station antenna; the two phase shifters which are vertically stacked are mounted in an area formed by enclosing of two clamping arms, a cross beam and two connecting arms in the process of the assembly of the two phase shifters which are vertically stacked; the two phase shifters which are arranged in an up-and-down overlapping manner can be combined together; a first connecting piece is connected with two first pull rods, and a second connecting piece is connected with two second pull rods; when the first connecting piece acts, the first connecting piece can synchronously drive the first pull rods of the two phase shifters to act, and the electric inclination angles of the phase shifters on one frequency band can be adjusted; and when the second connecting piece synchronously drives the second pull rods of the two phase shifters to act, the electric inclination angles of the phase shifters on the other frequency band can be adjusted. Compared with a traditional assembling transmission mode of the phase shifters, the occupied space of the phase shifters in the length direction can be reduced, so that cable layout and wiring can be facilitated, the cost can be reduced, and the intermodulation stability can be improved favourably.
