Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) filtering: after a filter plate frame is closed, spherical graphite slurry simultaneously enters each filter cavity through a feed pipe, filtrate enters a filtrate collector through filter cloth and is finally discharged through a discharge pipe, and filtered substances are collected on the surface of the filter cloth to form a filter cake; (2) primary extrusion: high-pressure water and high-pressure air enter the upper part of a diaphragm of a slurry cavity through a high-pressure water hose, and the diaphragm extrudes a filter cake towards the surface of filter cloth, so that filtrate is extruded out of the filter cake; (3) washing: pumping the washing liquid into a filter cavity in the same way as the slurry, wherein as the filter cavity is filled with the liquid, the diaphragm is lifted up, and the primary extrusion water / compressed air is extruded out from the upper part of the diaphragm; and the washing liquid flows into the discharge pipe after passing through the filter cake and the filter cloth; (4) secondary extrusion: extruding the washing liquid left in the filter cavity after the washing stage by using the method in the second stage; (5) air drying; and (6) discharging a filter cake.
