Abstract

The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 75 to 88 parts of PBT, 5 to 10 parts of LDPE, 2 to 5 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4 to 13 parts of a toughening agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a crystallization accelerant, 0.2 to 0.5 part of an antioxidant and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a lubricating agent. The composition has ultra-low bonding strength to polyurethane glue, has higher bending modulus and lower molding shrinkage rate, and can well meet the requirements of the fuel gas instrument industry on core framework materials.
