The rotational flow humidifier comprises a rotational flow chamber, three tangential inlets, turbulent flow columns, 5-8 jet flow oscillators and a filter screen, wherein each jet flow oscillator comprises an inlet power nozzle, a mixing chamber, two feedback channels and an outlet nozzle. The jet flow oscillator without any movable part is adopted to generate downward self-sustaining oscillation jet flow, liquid films are formed on the wall faces of the rotational flow chamber and the turbulent flow column, meanwhile, air spirally ascends, gas and liquid flow reversely under the coupling action of liquid drops and the liquid films, heat and mass transfer of air and water is effectively enhanced, and the humidification effect is remarkable.
