Abstract

The integrated drilling and grinding tool includes a micro-drill at the front end, a micro-grinding head in the middle and a connecting part at the rear end. The base body of the integrated drilling and grinding tool is processed by a lathe, the front end micro-drilling part is precisely ground by a precision grinder, the abrasive is prepared by ultrasonic vibration, and the surface of the tool is evenly plated by electroplating by ultrasonic vibration heating buried sand method. This design makes full use of the advantages of the micro-drill and micro-grinding head. When the vascular calcification is severe or even completely blocked, a micro-hole is drilled with the front-end micro-drill to facilitate the subsequent micro-grinding head to enter the designated area for rotational abrasion of the patient's calcified blood vessels. Treatment, realize the rotary atherectomy treatment for severe or even complete calcified blood vessels.
