Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of automobile roof cloth with a low VOC value. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, selecting fabric, sponge and base cloth with proper specifications; S2, a front cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning the fabric, the sponge and the base cloth selected in the S1; S3, preheating and drying the fabric, the sponge and the base cloth obtained in the step S2 by using a preheating and drying mechanism; S4, synchronously compounding and bonding the shell fabric and the base fabric obtained in the S3 to the two surfaces of the sponge respectively by adopting a flame compounding mechanism; S5, carrying out ozone oxidation treatment on the composite cloth obtained in the step S4 by utilizing ozone; S6, preheating and drying the composite cloth obtained in the step S5 by using a cooling and drying mechanism; and S7, subjecting the composite cloth obtained in the step S5 to cleaning by using a rear cleaning mechanism.
