Embodiment Construction

[0060] In order to further illustrate the technical means adopted by the present invention and its effects, the following describes in detail in conjunction with preferred embodiments of the present invention and accompanying drawings.

[0061] In general, in selected embodiments of the tattoo device of the present invention, there is provided a rotary motor with a built-in rotary-to-linear motion conversion mechanism. In particular, the motion conversion mechanism is installed between motor bearings that support the rotor rotation shaft of the motor.

[0062] In other embodiments, a rotary motor is provided having a mass balancing portion in a rotor of the motor for balancing an unbalanced mass of a motion conversion mechanism. When the rotor has a mass balance portion for balancing the unbalanced mass of the motion conversion mechanism, the motion conversion mechanism may be supported between bearings supporting the rotation shaft of the motor, or may be supported at the end...

Abstract

The invention provides a tattooing device. The tattooing device includes a driver for driving a needle drive bar; the driver includes a motor including a stator, a first bearing, a second bearing, a rotor, and a motion conversion member coupled with the rotor; the rotor includes a rotation shaft rotatably supported on the first bearing and the second bearing, the rotor being rotatable about the rotation axis of the rotation shaft; and the motion conversion member is used for converting a rotational motion of the rotor into a translational motion to drive the needle drive bar in a reciprocating manner. In one embodiment, the motion conversion member has an unbalanced mass relative to the rotation axis; the rotor includes a mass balancing portion capable of at least partially counteracting the unbalanced mass of the motion conversion member, thereby reducing vibrations caused by centrifugal forces generated by the unbalanced mass of the motion conversion member when the rotor rotates. In another embodiment, the motion conversion member is located between the first bearing and the second bearing to reduce the bearing forces.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of tattoo devices, in particular to a tattoo device with a rotary motor capable of converting rotary motion into linear motion. Background technique [0002] Motorized tattoo devices typically include a rotary motor that drives the tattoo needle to reciprocate to apply ink to the skin. The motor includes a stator installed in a motor housing, and a rotor having a rotating shaft installed in the motor housing through bearings. The end of the rotary shaft extends to the outside of the motor housing, and is connected to the end of the rotary shaft through a rotary-linear motion conversion mechanism, such as a cam or a crank, to convert the rotary motion of the rotary shaft into a reciprocating linear motion, thereby driving a tattoo needle. Drive rod or direct drive tattoo needles. [0003] For example, in US5551319, US7207242, US9827409, US9393395, US9662483 and WO2014065726 disclose tattoo needle assemblies and some ...
