The motor is connected with the gear pump, the first connector of the gear pump is communicated with a rod cavity of the first steering oil cylinder and a rodless cavity of the second steering oil cylinder through a first pipeline, and the second connector of the gear pump is communicated with a rodless cavity of the first steering oil cylinder and a rod cavity of the second steering oil cylinder through a second pipeline; and the electromagnetic switch valve is arranged on the first pipeline or the second pipeline.
