Abstract

The stepless transmission device comprises a hydraulic speed regulation loop, a dividing and converging planetary mechanism, a fixed shaft gear transmission mechanism, a section changing mechanism and an auxiliary system. The dividing and converging planetary mechanism realizes dividing and converging of hydraulic power and mechanical power; the section changing mechanism comprises a first clutch, a second clutch, a first synchronizer and a second synchronizer; and the auxiliary system comprises a first gear pump and a second gear pump. The stepless transmission device can achieve a first section used for a starting working condition, a second section used for a low-speed working condition, a third section used for a high-speed driving working condition and a reversing section used for a reversing working condition. An output shaft is sleeved with the first synchronizer and the second synchronizer in an empty mode. According to the stepless transmission device, high-efficiency transmission and stepless speed change can be achieved through mechanical and hydraulic power combination, the operation efficiency can be improved, and continuous output of power is guaranteed.
