According to the method, factors influencing the coagulation effect and the coagulation rate are obtained and controlled by calculating the collision times of the colloidal particles, so that the coagulation effect and the coagulation rate are improved; by performing coagulation pretreatment on the leachate stock solution, the content of various harmful substances in the concentrated solution is reduced, the treatability of the concentrated solution is improved, and the post-treatment cost is reduced; and the effluent quality of the sewage treatment method provided by the invention can stably meet the requirements.
