Abstract

The invention discloses a filler, a preparation method and an application method of the filler and a water treatment device. The filler comprises polycaprolactone, elemental sulfur and siderite. When a water body to be treated flows through the filler with heterotrophic microorganisms and autotrophic microorganisms attached to the surface, the heterotrophic microorganisms can utilize polycaprolactone in the filler as a carbon source to carry out heterotrophic denitrification treatment on the water body, so nitrate nitrogen in the water body is removed and alkalinity is generated at the same time; and the autotrophic microorganisms can utilize elemental sulfur in the filler as an electron donor, the water body is subjected to autotrophic denitrification treatment in combination with alkalinity generated by heterotrophic denitrification of heterotrophic microorganisms in polycaprolactone, so nitrate nitrogen in the water body is further removed; and therefore, the filler realizes organic combination of heterotrophic denitrification treatment and autotrophic denitrification treatment of the heterotrophic microorganisms and the autotrophic microorganisms on the water body through coupling of the polycaprolactone and the elemental sulfur, and the denitrification efficiency of the water body is effectively improved.
