Problems solved by technology

On the other hand, polyethylene film is a waterproof and corrosion-resistant polymer film, which can be combined with the base fabric to form a multi-functional fabric; however, the oxidation resistance of polyethylene film is poor, and the anti-corrosion properties of polyethylene film can be increased by loading inorganic nanoparticles on the surface. Oxidation resistance, while further improving corrosion resistance and water resistance to meet the needs of more stringent industries; however, the regularity of molecular chains in polyethylene makes it difficult to load inorganic nanoparticles, resulting in low loading force and low loading capacity
In addition, the flame retardant function of fabrics can effectively increase safety, but common flame retardants have poor washing resistance and poor environmental protection

Abstract

The invention discloses a waterproof corrosion-resistant polyethylene fabric and a preparation method thereof. The polyethylene fabric comprises a base cloth layer, a waterproof bonding layer and a polyethylene layer which are stacked in sequence, wherein the base cloth layer comprises cotton cloth and a flame retardant; and the waterproof bonding layer is a cellulose polymer containing long-chain alkyl. The waterproof corrosion-resistant polyethylene fabric has the beneficial effects that (1) boric acid and phytic acid are chelated and crosslinked through glucose to prepare an environment-friendly phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant, so that the flame retardance of the fabric is effectively improved; (2) a cellulose polymer containing an alkyl long chain and isocyanate is prepared, the waterproofness is improved, and the base cloth layer and the polyethylene layer are effectively bonded through the reaction of isocyanate, hydroxyl and amino; and (3) n-hexadecane is added into the pre-impregnation liquid, so that the loading of the silane coupling agent modified titanium dioxide nanoparticles on the polyethylene film is effectively enhanced, and the corrosion resistance and the water resistance are further enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fabrics, in particular to a waterproof and corrosion-resistant polyethylene fabric and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In modern life, textiles made of various fabrics can be seen everywhere; and with the diversification of society, the demand for fabric functions in all walks of life also tends to be diversified. Among them, during the textile dyeing and finishing process, it will be exposed to chemical substances such as water, acid, and salt for a long time; therefore, it is necessary to prepare a product fabric with both waterproof and corrosion resistance to meet the needs of special industries. On the other hand, polyethylene film is a waterproof and corrosion-resistant polymer film, which can be combined with the base fabric to form a multi-functional fabric; however, the oxidation resistance of polyethylene film is poor, and the anti-corrosion properties of polyethylene...
