Abstract

The reinforcement film (5) comprises a photo-curing adhesive layer (2) that has been fixed and layered on one of the main surfaces of a film base material (11). Provided on the back surface of the film base material is an anti-static layer (12) containing an electroconductive polymer and a binder. The adhesive layer of the reinforcement film is temporarily adhered to the surface of a temporary adherend (9), then from the side of the film base material surface whereon the anti-static layer has been formed, an actinic light beam is irradiated onto the adhesive layer to photo-cure the adhesive layer. Deterioration of the anti-static layer can be suppressed by not irradiating UV in the wavelengths of 200 to 280 nm onto the anti-static layer when photo-curing the adhesive layer.
