Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment method of a mixed solution containing isopropanol, acetonitrile, triethylamine and water, which comprises the following steps: carrying out extractive distillation on the mixed solution and ethylene glycol in a first rectifying tower to obtain a first material containing triethylamine and acetonitrile at the tower top and a second material containing ethylene glycol, isopropanol and water at a tower bottom; seperating an acetonitrile product and a triethylamine product from the first material, rectifying the second material in a second rectifying tower, obtaining a third material containing isopropanol and water at a tower top, and seperating an isopropanol product from the third material. The treatment method provided by the invention can effectively treat the mixed solution containing isopropanol, acetonitrile, triethylamine and water generated in the biopharmaceutical industry, solves the problem that components are difficult to separate due to azeotropy among the components, and the components formed after treatment can directly form a product or form the mixed solution which can be easily separated by the prior art, and therefore, the mixed solution is easy to treat and recycle.
