Problems solved by technology

Radionuclide Cs will pollute the surrounding environment, making the local conditions no longer sufficient to maintain people's normal social life, and causing a large amount of land to be abandoned
The long half-life of radionuclides cesium-134 and cesium-137 and their strong migration ability make it almost impossible to wait for their natural decay. Once these nuclides enter the human body through the food chain, they will cause serious harm

[0059] 1.1 Test material

[0060] 1.1.1 Germplasm materials

[0061] The germplasm materials were selected from single-year ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.), perennial ryegrass (Loliumperenne L.), Sorghum Hybrid Sudangrass (Sorghum Hybrid Sudangrass), Sudan grass (Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf.), hybrid pennisetum ( Pennisetum americanum x P.purpureum), Timothy (Phleumpratense L.). Among them, the hybrid Pennisetum and Sorrel grass come from Jiangsu Zhengda Grass Industry, the single-year ryegrass and perennial ryegrass come from Suhui Huayi, Timothy comes from the imported famous garden seed industry, and Sudan grass comes from Jiangxi Scarecrow Agricultural Park.

[0062] 1.1.2 Test soil

[0063] The test soil was collected from a polluted soil source, pH=5.8, organic matter content was 21.30 mg·kg -1 , the soil Cs background value: 72.50mg·kg -1 . Belongs to polluted soil.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for remediating cesium-contaminated soil through forage grasses and a method for remediating cesium-contaminated soil through forage grasses and microorganisms, and relates to the field of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation. Forage grasses are planted on cesium-contaminated soil, and cesium in the cesium-contaminated soil is enriched through the forage grasses. The forage grasses are one or more of sorghum sudanense, hybrid pennisetum alopecuroides and Timothy. The germination rate and germination potential of the plants are investigated through early germination experiments, and the tolerance of plant seeds to Cs nuclide pollution is guaranteed. Furthermore, the plant height of the screened pasture plants is measured, the dry weight of the pasture plants at the end of vegetative growth is measured, various enrichment parameters are measured and calculated, and the Cs dominant enrichment plants are screened through comparison of multiple parameters. According to the method, three forage plants with high cesium enrichment capacity are screened out, and cesium-contaminated soil is remediated on the basis of the three forage plants. On the basis of remediating cesium-contaminated soil by forage grasses, remediation by forage grasses and microorganisms together is carried out.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil, specifically a method for pasture, pasture-microorganism joint remediation of cesium-contaminated soil. Background technique [0002] Cs is a common gamma-ray emitting isotope. After the nuclear accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, large amounts of radionuclides were released into the surrounding environment. Radionuclide Cs will pollute the surrounding environment, making the local conditions no longer sufficient to maintain people's normal social life, and causing a lot of land to be abandoned. The long half-life of radionuclides cesium-134 and cesium-137 and their strong migration ability make it almost impossible to wait for their natural decay. Once these nuclides enter the human body through the food chain, they will cause serious harm. [0003] When using plant enrichment to remediate polluted soil, it is necessary to use plants with strong absorpti...
