Abstract

The processing method comprises the following steps: a providing step; an accommodating step; a connection step; a preliminary mixing step; and a reciprocating pressure mixing step. A solvent and a mixture are respectively accommodated in the first accommodating device and the second accommodating device and are communicated through a connecting device; then the flow velocity of the mixture is increased and shear force is formed to prevent colloid solute or dispersoid from gathering by repeatedly pressurizing in a reciprocating manner; thus, the colloid solute is uniformly dissolved in the solvent, and the dispersoid is uniformly dispersed in the solvent. Compared with a vortex generator, the processing method for accelerating dispersion of the injection type filler by utilizing a pressurizing means can provide larger shearing force. Therefore, the injection type filler can be prevented from gathering, the dispersion time of the injection type filler can be shortened, and the dispersion effect and stability of the injection type filler can be improved.
