The secondary sizing device comprises a yarn hanging assembly, a sizing tank and a glue extruding assembly; the yarn hanging assembly comprises a yarn hanging rod and a yarn dividing needle plate; the yarn hanging rod comprises a rod body for bearing carbon fiber yarn and a first yarn dividing needle set arranged outwards in the length direction of the rod body; the yarn dividing needle plate is arranged below the yarn hanging rod in parallel; a second yarn dividing needle set is arranged on the yarn dividing needle plate; the glue extruding assembly is arranged below the yarn hanging assembly and comprises a first glue extruding roller and a second glue extruding roller; the second glue extruding roller is parallel to the first glue extruding roller; the second glue extruding roller is relatively close to or away from the first glue extruding roller through a power assembly; and the sizing tank is arranged below the glue extruding assembly and used for containing size. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that firstly, yarn is hung through the yarn hanging rod, and the yarn is carded through the yarn dividing needle plate, so that knotting of the yarn in the sizing process is avoided; and secondly, due to the arrangement of the glue extruding assembly, after glue dipping is finished, glue extruding is conducted on the carbon fiber yarn, and meanwhile the yarn is carded.
