The surface layer material strengthening method of the injection valve sealing surface on a descaling line specifically comprises the following steps: cleaning, mixing, cladding, powder prefabrication and feeding, and heat treatment. The invention provides a brand-new injection valve element surface strengthening method. The general effective thickness of chromium plating is only 4-5 microns, and a high-quality chromium plating layer with the thickness being 20 microns or above is extremely difficult to obtain. By means of the method, the thicker strengthened surface can be manufactured, the thickness can at least reach 1 mm or above, and the damage time of the surface can be effectively prolonged.
