Abstract

The invention provides a chronic lymphocytic leukemia SSCR risk model and an establishment method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of disease prognosis and molecular biology. According to the invention, a high-throughput sequencing chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) expression profile is adopted to further confirm the heterogeneity of CLL, confirm the classification of CLL patients based on CLL cell differentiation and predict the prognosis of the patients; wherein the CLL cells are divided into two groups according to differentiation states, and the CLL cell differentiation related genes are identified; finally, four CLL cell differentiation related genes with the most prognostic significance are selected, and an SSCR risk scoring model based on the CLL cell differentiation related genes is established; it is verified that the risk scoring model has good reliability in prediction of the total lifetime and the first treatment time of a CLL patient. The scoring system can help a doctor to predict prognosis of a patient according to the CLL cell differentiation condition and select an optimal treatment scheme, and has good practical application value.
