Abstract

The matrix transformer comprises a magnetic core and windings arranged on the periphery, the magnetic core (7) further comprises four middle columns (1) and four side columns (2), and the windings further comprise primary windings and secondary windings; the primary windings and the secondary windings are arranged on the peripheries of the middle columns (1) and the side columns (2) to form the transformer; in each middle column (1), two layers of middle column primary windings (3) are arranged on the upper side, and four layers of middle column secondary windings (5) are arranged on the lower side; in each side column (2), two layers of side column primary windings (4) are arranged on the upper side, and four layers of side column secondary windings (6) are arranged on the lower side; air gaps lg1 and lg2 are reserved in the middle column (1) and the side columns (2); and the control of the air gaps lg1 and lg2 brings the mutual decoupling of the leakage inductance and the excitation inductance of the transformer, thereby meeting the requirement of the LLC resonant converter for the inductance ratio during the voltage regulation.
