Abstract

According to the invention, choline chloride is adopted to relieve mouse inflammatory bowel diseases induced by DSS. In-vivo experiments prove that a choline chloride diet can remarkably improve the decrease of the weight of the mouse after the DSS induces colitis, remarkably reduce the increase of the disease index of the mouse, improve the change of the colon length of the mouse and reduce the colon pathology score of the mouse. All the above indexes show that choline chloride can effectively relieve the inflammatory bowel diseases.
