The positive temperature coefficient (PTC) prognosis biomarker comprises one or more of lncRNA (long non-coding RNA) related to m6A, wherein the lncRNA is selected from the group consisting of AC025175.1, CCDC13-AS1, AC093249.2, AL356481.1, AC008556.1, AC103957.2, AL049796.1 and AC012213.4, and the lncRNA is used for detecting the positive temperature coefficient (PTC).
