Abstract

The 3D hydrophobic material for water shutoff is prepared from the following raw materials: melamine sponge, methyltrimethoxysilane, tetraethoxysilane and hydrolysate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1) adding methyltrimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane into a hydrolysis system prepared from ethanol and water, and hydrolyzing at room temperature for 24-36 hours; s2) immersing the cleaned melamine sponge into a hydrolysis system for 20 to 60 minutes; then taking out the melamine sponge, and extruding to discharge hydrolysate; s3) treating the soaked melamine sponge at the temperature of 125 DEG C to 130 DEG C for 1 to 2 hours, so as to obtain the super-hydrophobic melamine sponge modified by the silane modifier; s4) crushing the prepared melamine sponge into particles with the particle size of not more than 10 [mu] m at a low temperature through a crushing method; the crushing temperature of the melamine sponge is-40 to 30 DEG C.
