The preparation method comprises the steps of dispersing a fluorine-contained polyacrylate emulsion into absolute ethyl alcohol and uniformly stirring; then, adding hydrophobic nanosilicon dioxide and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a fluorine-contained polyacrylate/silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion liquid; next, soaking polymer sponge into the fluorine-contained polyacrylate/silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion liquid for 5-30min, lifting, and then, drying the polymer sponge at the temperature of 75-110 DEG C to obtain the superhydrophobic and superlipophilic sponge, wherein the polymer sponge is cleaned by using acetone and distilled water and is dried. The preparation method is simple in process and mild in reaction condition; the prepared superhydrophobic and superlipophilic sponge can be used for rapidly and effectively removing oily organic matters in oily sewage, has relatively high oil absorption capacity, and can be recycled many times so as to be expected to be applied to the fields such as oily sewage treatment, raw oil leakage clearing and the like.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic polyurethane sponge / iron oxide composite material used for oil-water separation and belongs to the field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic washing on polyurethane sponge by dichloromethane and de-ionized water respectively to prepare a coarsening solution; coarsening the washed polyurethane sponge; preparing magnetic iron oxide particles from substances including ferric trichloride hexahydrate, glycol and the like through a magnetic separation method; adding 1-dodecanethiol into the magnetic iron oxide, adjusting the pH value and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; adding tri-hydroxymethyl aminomethane into the dispersion solution, uniformly mixing and adding the polyurethane sponge; and stirring, washing and drying to obtain the super-hydrophobic polyurethane sponge / iron oxide composite material. According to the prepared iron oxide particles, a micro-nano structure is constructed on the surface of the sponge and low-surface-energy substances are introduced to prepare the composite material with super-hydrophobic and super-oleophylic properties, so that the composite material has the advantages of high oil absorption capability, selective separation of oil-water mixtures, rapid recycling of oil products and cyclic utilization of the material.

The invention uses a servo motor with smaller power to continuously control the output flow of the whole hydraulic system in a lager power range, thereby reducing the control cost of the system; the bidirectional rotation hydraulic pump is adopted to enable the system to have an energy storage function; and the second oil port of the bidirectional rotation hydraulic pump is communicated with the energy accumulator, thereby improving the oil absorbing ability and the working rotation speed of the pump. The invention provides a preparation method of an SiO2 (Silicon Dioxide) aerogel modified polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) usingtetraethyl orthosilicate as a silicon source, preparing SiO2 aerogel by a sol-gel method, and performing crushing after the SiO2 aerogel is subjected to hydrophobic modification to obtain hydrophobicSiO2 aerogel powder; (2) mixing the hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel powder with polypropylene slices, and performing melting granulation to obtain an SiO2 aerogel/ polypropylene composite masterbatch; and (3) performing melt-blowing after the SiO2 aerogel/ polypropylene composite masterbatch and pure polypropylene are mixed to prepare the SiO2 aerogel modified polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven material.Compared with a polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven material before modification, the modified material has higher oil absorption performance and a higher oil holding rate. The SiO2 aerogel modified polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, low production cost and a simple process, is hopeful to realize scaled production, and can be used foremergency treatment of oil stain and oil spilling leakage.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material, and relates to the technical field of biomass resource recycling and environment-friendly oil-absorbing materials. A collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material preparation method provided by the invention comprises the steps that: (1) lime-expanded pelt scraps before tanning are cut into small pieces; pretreatments such as deliming, degreasing and dehydration are carried out, such that hide powder fiber is obtained; (2) the prepared hide powder fiber is dispersed in a buffering solution containing an epoxysilane coupling agent or polydimethylsiloxane for modification, such that hydrophobic lipophilic hide powder fiber is obtained; and (3) the modified hide powder fiber obtained in the step (2) is dispersed in water; and forming and drying ae carried out, such that the collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material is obtained. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation and low cost. The prepared oil-absorbing material has hydrophobic lipophilic properties and a porous structure. The material also has biodegradability and relatively high oil-absorbing capacity. Therefore, a novel application approach is developed for the high-value conversion and utilization of hide collagen fiber solid wastes.

The cellulose / silicon oxide composite aerogel elastomer provided by the invention can be directly dried at normal temperature and pressure, the steps such as supercritical drying or freeze drying necessary for the preparation of a traditional aerogel are avoided, and the production costs are reduced; after the aerogel elastomer is reused for 20 times, the oil absorption capacity can still reach 94% of initial capacity; and the preparation method provided by the invention is simple, and the material is friendly to the environment, is biodegradable, does not cause secondary pollution to the environment, and has good application prospects in the field of oil-water separation.
