The preparation method comprises the steps of dispersing a fluorine-contained polyacrylate emulsion into absolute ethyl alcohol and uniformly stirring; then, adding hydrophobic nanosilicon dioxide and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a fluorine-contained polyacrylate / silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion liquid; next, soaking polymer sponge into the fluorine-contained polyacrylate / silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion liquid for 5-30min, lifting, and then, drying the polymer sponge at the temperature of 75-110 DEG C to obtain the superhydrophobic and superlipophilic sponge, wherein the polymer sponge is cleaned by using acetone and distilled water and is dried. The preparation method is simple in process and mild in reaction condition; the prepared superhydrophobic and superlipophilic sponge can be used for rapidly and effectively removing oily organic matters in oily sewage, has relatively high oil absorption capacity, and can be recycled many times so as to be expected to be applied to the fields such as oily sewage treatment, raw oil leakage clearing and the like.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic polyurethane sponge / iron oxide composite material used for oil-water separation and belongs to the field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic washing on polyurethane sponge by dichloromethane and de-ionized water respectively to prepare a coarsening solution; coarsening the washed polyurethane sponge; preparing magnetic iron oxide particles from substances including ferric trichloride hexahydrate, glycol and the like through a magnetic separation method; adding 1-dodecanethiol into the magnetic iron oxide, adjusting the pH value and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; adding tri-hydroxymethyl aminomethane into the dispersion solution, uniformly mixing and adding the polyurethane sponge; and stirring, washing and drying to obtain the super-hydrophobic polyurethane sponge / iron oxide composite material. The fire log comprises an organic fibre base that is over-saturated with vegetable cooking oil. The vegetable oil is contained and sealed therein by a casing made of the vegetable wax. More specifically, the fire log is over saturated with 65%-75% by weight of vegetable oil. The vegetable oil is used vegetable cooking oil. The organic fibre base represents about between 20%-30% by weight and consists of compressed paper-based products such as cardboard, newsprint and recyclable paper. The vegetable wax casing represents about between 1-5% of its weight. In another aspect of the present invention, the organic fibre base is made of broken fibres and interstices, and the vegetable oil is infused therein while these fibres are dilated from their natural states. In yet another aspect, the organic fibre base is formed in a perforated cylinder whereby a bark-like appearance is imprinted on its surface.

The lipophilic polyurethane sponge is based on porous polyurethane sponge as a matrix, and the matrix is grafted with a hydrophilic oleophobic C-C long chain group. As a way for implementation, by reaction of the polyurethane sponge and a C-C long chain-containing acyl chloride compound, so that the polyurethane sponge can be grafted with a C-C long chain by bonding of chemical bonds of amino, hydroxyl and-C (O) Cl functional groups in polyurethane. Experiments confirm that the structure can greatly reduce the surface energy of the polyurethane sponge, greatly improves the oil absorption capacity, and is low in price, non-toxic and non-pollution, so that the lipophilic polyurethane sponge is a good oil adsorption material, and can be used to quickly and efficiently adsorb and recover crude oil and other substances in crude oil leakage and other situations.

The SiO2 aerogel modified polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, low production cost and a simple process, is hopeful to realize scaled production, and can be used foremergency treatment of oil stain and oil spilling leakage.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material, and relates to the technical field of biomass resource recycling and environment-friendly oil-absorbing materials. A collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material preparation method provided by the invention comprises the steps that: (1) lime-expanded pelt scraps before tanning are cut into small pieces; pretreatments such as deliming, degreasing and dehydration are carried out, such that hide powder fiber is obtained; (2) the prepared hide powder fiber is dispersed in a buffering solution containing an epoxysilane coupling agent or polydimethylsiloxane for modification, such that hydrophobic lipophilic hide powder fiber is obtained; and (3) the modified hide powder fiber obtained in the step (2) is dispersed in water; and forming and drying ae carried out, such that the collagen-based porous oil-absorbing material is obtained. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation and low cost. The prepared oil-absorbing material has hydrophobic lipophilic properties and a porous structure. The material also has biodegradability and relatively high oil-absorbing capacity. Therefore, a novel application approach is developed for the high-value conversion and utilization of hide collagen fiber solid wastes.

A flexible microporous polymer sheet having first and second opposite major surfaces comprises a polymer matrix binding a filler component that exhibits high oil absorption capacity in its initial state before the start of material processing. The polymer matrix includes a polyolefin component and has three-dimensional interconnecting and interpenetrating pore and polymer networks through which the bound filler component is distributed from the first major surface to the second major surface. The polyolefin and filler components are included in amounts that result in a microporous polymer sheet having between about 75% and about 90% porosity and containing less than about 10 wt. % polyolefin component. Preferred polyolefin and filler components include ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and high oil absorption precipitated silica, respectively.

Method for preparing porous starch

The invention discloses a method for preparing porous starch, wherein the method comprises the following steps: firstly, squeezing starch; rapidly gelatinizing the surfaces of partial starch particles, and expanding the pre-gelatinized starch particle surfaces, so that structures become loosen; then, drying the starch under normal pressure and grinding so as to obtain pre-gelatinized starch; and preparing an emulsion from the pre-gelatinized starch, and ultrasonically processing the emulsion so as to form pores in the surfaces of the starch particles more easily and to bring about benefit for subsequent hydrolysis of saccharifying enzyme and amylase along the positions of the pores, thereby forming the porous starch.
