Abstract

The forming method at least comprises the following steps that powder is laid according to the thickness of a powder layer, electron beam preheating is started, meanwhile, a plane ultrasonic generator is started to emit ultrasonic waves according to the preset frequency and amplitude, and the ultrasonic waves are applied to the powder layer; sampling voltage between the powder layer and the ground is monitored in real time, the sampling voltage is compared with a preset voltage threshold value, and when the sampling voltage is larger than the voltage threshold value, the current ultrasonic frequency and amplitude are kept; when the sampling voltage is smaller than or equal to the voltage threshold value, the ultrasonic frequency and amplitude are increased; after the powder layer reaches the preheating temperature, the electron beam preheating and the plane ultrasonic generator are both closed; starting an electron beam melting processing program, adjusting a beam given value in real time based on the sampling voltage, and ensuring that the size of the output beam is constant; and one-time powder layer melting additive manufacturing forming is completed, the machining platform descends by the distance of the thickness of one powder layer, and the next machining period is started.
