Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of molecular diagnosis, in particular to a primer and probe composition and a method for rapidly detecting aeromonas hydrophila through RPA-LFS. The composition comprises a forward primer as shown in SEDQ ID NO. 1, a reverse primer as shown in SEDQ ID NO. 2 and a probe as shown in SEDQ ID NO. 3. According to the primer and probe composition and the detection method, the aeromonas hydrophila can be accurately detected, no false positive result exists, the specificity is high, the sensitivity is high, and the detection is rapid.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of molecular diagnostic techniques, particularly to an RPA-LFS rapid detection of primers and probe compositions and methods of Aeromonas hydrophilus. Background [0002] Prior art in the biochemical culture method is the national standard for the detection of Aeromonas hydrophila, the method is complex to operate, first of all, the need for strain culture, and then through biochemical tests to identify water-based aeromonas and their pathogenicity, the detection time is more than five days, often leading to the deterioration and spread of the disease. [0003] Pollard et al. established a PCR method based on the aer gene of Aeromonas hydrophila. Griffin et al. established a qPCR method for detecting Aeromonas hydrophila. PCR and qPCR are fast, specific, and sensitive nucleic acid amplification techniques that require expensive thermal cycling equipment and professionals, are generally suitable in laboratories, and...
