By reasonably preparing a refrigeration process of each heat exchanger and adopting a mode of combining mixed refrigerant refrigeration and hydrogen compression expansion refrigeration, the number of equipment required by a hydrogen liquefaction system is reduced, the ortho-parahydrogen conversion efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the blockage phenomenon possibly caused by filling a catalyst into the heat exchangers is reduced, the energy consumption of hydrogen liquefaction is greatly reduced, and the energy consumption of hydrogen liquefaction is reduced.
