Abstract

The method for performing carbon emission quantitative inversion by using the orbit carbon observation satellite remote sensing data comprises the following steps: quantifying factory carbon emission to obtain linear density of carbon dioxide cross section flux; optimizing the wind direction by using a Gaussian plume model to obtain an optimized wind direction; based on the linear density of the carbon dioxide cross section flux and the optimized wind direction, the carbon dioxide emission value of the power plant is obtained through calculation. By means of the method and device, the carbon dioxide emission condition of the power plant can be quantitatively monitored, fine factory-level carbon emission monitoring and management are achieved, estimation result errors caused by wind direction deviation are effectively reduced, and an independent accounting system for accounting carbon emission without depending on factory energy consumption data can be formed.
