Abstract

The invention provides an open type ellipsoid optical resonant cavity. The open type ellipsoid optical resonant cavity comprises an ellipsoid Bragg reflector (1), a plane Bragg reflector (2), a cavity body (3) and a cavity body (4), wherein the cavity body (3) is arranged on the inward concave side of the ellipsoid Bragg reflector (1), and the cavity body (3) comprises a cavity between the ellipsoid Bragg reflector (1) and the plane Bragg reflector (2). The structure provided by the invention can be perfectly coupled with a single photon source through simple adjustment, and is used for generating single photons with extremely low loss efficiency. The invention further provides an adjusting method of the resonant cavity, and coupling of the resonant cavity and the single photon source can be achieved through multi-axis accurate adjustment.
