The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an original high-resolution remote sensing image from a sensor; obtaining target information in an area corresponding to the original high-resolution remote sensing image and an expansion area formed by expanding the area to the periphery by a preset distance from the historical detection result; according to the target information, carrying out self-adaptive image partitioning on the original high-resolution remote sensing image to obtain different cluster to-be-detected regions, and further obtaining a necessary detection region and a non-necessary detection region; performing model selection of the required detection area, and generating a target detection scheme of the required detection area; executing the target detection scheme to obtain a detection result of the necessary detection area; and judging whether the computing platform has redundant computing resources to detect the non-necessary detection area, if so, performing dynamic partition detection on the non-necessary detection area to obtain a detection result of the non-necessary detection area, and combining the detection result of the necessary detection area and the detection result of the non-necessary detection area into a target detection result, otherwise, taking the detection result of the necessary detection area as the target detection result.
