Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing naphthenic rubber filling oil through hydrogenation. Oil generated by hydrotreatment of naphthenic base vacuum distillate oil is used as a raw material and firstly enters a hydrofinishing reaction zone; fractionating the reaction product to separate out a light white oil product; all or part of the obtained heavy components enter an isodewaxing reaction zone for a hydroisomerization reaction; a hydroisomerization reaction product and raw materials enter a hydrofinishing reaction zone together for a deep finishing reaction. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the high-quality naphthenic rubber filling oil product can be obtained under the condition of less loading of the finishing catalyst, meanwhile, the high-quality special oil product is produced as a byproduct, the process is simple, and the operation energy consumption is low.
