The mole ratio of the carbon-carbon double bonds of two monomers, namely the acrylate and the benzene sulfonate, is controlled within the range of (4:1)-(8:1), the volume ratio of the oil to the water is controlled at 1: 5, the sodium chloride accounts for 5% in terms of the mass of distilled water, and the polyvinyl alcohol, the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, the pore-forming agent and the benzoyl peroxide respectively account for 3-5wt%, 4-6wt%, 40-60wt% and 2wt% of the total mass of the reactant. The preparation disclosed by the invention is simple in process; and the preparation lays a foundation for the treatment of phenolic wastewater by virtue of the adsorption resin, so that the preparation has certain practical significance to popularize.
